As a Retail Media Analyst, you will support the Sales Enablement arm of Shipt Media.
You will be responsible for pulling, analyzing, and defining data to create internal Sales Enablement content and Salesforce-driven reporting.
You will work closely with Ad Revenue, Monetization, and Operations teams.
You will leverage Salesforce and other tools to deliver reporting and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiencies.
Requirements
You have experience in retail media, digital advertising, or related fields (e.g., ad operations, ad sales)
You have strong Salesforce expertise, including building and manipulating dashboards, creating new fields, and optimizing workflows to support revenue reporting and ad execution
You have strong SQL skills, particularly for analytics and reporting
You are adept at spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and have familiarity with Tableau and/or Thoughtspot
You have familiarity with third-party media tools (Criteo, Citrus Ads, Skai, Iterable)
You have strong communication and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
You have curiosity about data and a desire for continuous improvement of technical skillsets.
