Develop a deep understanding of client context and Qventus capabilities to identify high-leverage opportunities for rapid impact with bespoke AI Operational Assistant workflows
Partner with client executive leadership to shape an AI Roadmap to guide their transformation journey. Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements for development teams.
In partnership with client finance teams, develop credible proformas and ROI analyses of each bespoke use cases. Use these proformas in partnership with client leadership as part of the selection criteria process for use case development.
Collaborate closely with Qventus architects, engineers, and data scientists, as well as client end-users and IT teams to define and refine product requirements. Ensure alignment and efficient product development.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback
Manage the product launch and ensure a seamless customer experience that balances simplicity, rigor, and delight
Train end-users on new processes and drive change management initiatives in partnership with the client.
Mentor and support cross-functional teammates across forward-deployed client team
Deliver and communicate a cohesive product vision that aligns with company and client goals
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management, client management, and/or consulting in the healthcare industry
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
Technology enthusiast; hands-on experience with exploring Generative AI technologies
A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail
High customer empathy and passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems
Self-starter, confident in troubleshooting complex systems issues independently
Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and responsibility in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and iteration with users
Local to client area or willingness to travel 50%+
