3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or ERP implementation—ideally in SaaS or technology-driven businesses.
Hands-on accounting background (public audit/assurance or industry GL, Revenue, or Consolidations) with a strong grasp of US GAAP and the full close process.
ERP fluency—comfortable working in systems like NetSuite or Sage Intacct, and quick to learn next-gen platforms like Rillet.
Proven ability to translate accounting and operational workflows into scalable, automated solutions.
Strong project management and communication skills; you can manage multiple implementations, earn trust with CFOs, and deliver results on time.
Ownership mindset—you thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and take pride in building things the right way.
Nice to have: CPA (active or inactive), prior client-facing or consulting experience, and familiarity with ASC 606 / SaaS revenue recognition.
