Manage a team of design professionals and technicians
Mentor and supervise staff and develop high-performing project teams
Perform business development/application tasks and collaborate with staff to increase project wins and develop long lasting client relationships
Client facing for business development contact, meetings, walk-downs, and presentations
Develop project management plans for projects; establish goals and objectives for unique and complex projects
Manage projects of varying complexity within multidisciplinary teams
Assist senior engineers/designers with developing and managing the project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule
Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum of 15 years related experience in project management, preferably for water & wastewater projects
Licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng) or ability to obtain license within 6 months
Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
Demonstrated successful experience in leadership, including defining and setting the direction for a team, project, and office; strategy development; change management; and corporate stewardship
Travel to other offices and project sites may be required
