Design, develop, automate, and maintain end-to-end tests for our software products, including cross-functional workflows
Analyze, review, and document test results and work closely with developers to resolve identified issues
Identify gaps in existing test coverage and prioritize the development of additional test cases
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure tests align with business and product requirements
Promote and strengthen a culture of quality awareness within the team

Degree or completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in quality assurance or quality management
Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing and automation frameworks (Playwright and Cypress, both required)
Strong analytical skills, a structured and independent working style, and a pronounced quality awareness
Ability to quickly understand existing test processes and systematically improve them
Team-oriented, reliable, and communicative, with a high level of commitment and personal responsibility
Enthusiasm for new technologies and complex challenges; career changers with relevant skills and motivation are welcome
Business-level English, both spoken and written
