Role Overview
Manage, maintain and update project MDRs (Master Document Registers).
Coordinate the submission and delivery of documentation to multiple clients, ensuring full compliance with each client’s document control requirements.
Conduct QA checks on all outgoing documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and correct formatting.
Oversee the receipt, logging, filing, and distribution of incoming project documents.
Ensure version control and maintain document traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Support project teams by providing guidance on document management processes and best practices.
Manage and optimise SharePoint and other relevant systems.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Document Controller role.
Background in small/medium consultancy or project-based environments (essential).
Highly organised, diligent, and reliable, with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Experienced with industry-standard DMS platforms, including ProArc, Assai, PIMS, Laserfiche (or similar).
Familiarity with client-specific documentation requirements in engineering or project delivery settings (desirable).
