Build trusted relationships with client leaders and facilitate discussions to drive alignment
Contribute to business development and the evolution of consulting products, tools, and methodologies
Lead analytics-driven initiatives that deliver strategic insight and measurable value for clients
Analyze complex data sets and communicate findings through clear, compelling storytelling that influences decision making
Plan and oversee initiative activities to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights
Manage project scope, strategy development, implementation timing, and ongoing communications
Identify and escalate barriers to project success to ensure timely and effective resolution
Facilitate meetings and discussions with client leadership to drive alignment and informed decisions
Mentor junior consultants on data interpretation, analytical techniques, and consulting best practices
Contribute to the evolution of services, tools, methodologies, and intellectual capital to support sales and practice growth.
Requirements
Relevant degree preferred
5 or more years of relevant experience required
Advanced degree (MBA or MHA) preferred
Demonstrated success leading indirect spend or purchased services operational improvement and cost reduction initiatives within a healthcare provider environment
Expertise in analytics-driven consulting and strategic advisory services
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights for senior and executive-level audiences
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines
Strategic and creative problem-solving abilities in complex business environments
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
