Role Overview
- Achieves individual sales goals and develops strong product knowledge
- Responsible for ensuring exemplary customer service and developing personal connections with guests
- Partners with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business driving events
- Communicates client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to improve client service and sales
- Performs and supervises store opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Elevated sense of personal style
