Requirements
Significant experience in Professional Services, with experience in a leadership role scaling Professional Services and Delivery teams within a B2B enterprise software organization.
Proven experience with technically complex on-premise deployments and, ideally, an understanding of the reporting, analytics, or data science software landscape.
Demonstrated success in building service packages, delivering against key KPIs (CSAT, Time-to-Value, Utilization), and scaling teams from the ground up.
Experience in a "partner-first" or "partner-heavy" delivery models.
Ability to manage upwards and sideways to align resources and resolve cross-departmental friction.
Experience building playbooks and converting individual "heroics" into repeatable, measurable processes.
Coaching, hiring, and capacity modeling. Ability to enable individual performance and develop leaders.
Alignment with Posit’s mission to support open-source software and the data science community.
