Lead technical discovery with simulation OEMs and defense customers, turning mission requirements and system constraints into clear, executable solution paths
Deliver presentations, demos, and technical workshops that prove capability under operational scrutiny
Design and execute proof-of-concepts that validate performance and integration into customer ecosystems (e.g., Unreal, CDB pipelines, OEM toolchains)
Shape technical responses to RFIs/RFPs and conduct trade studies that position Blackshark as the credible, differentiated choice
Work closely with Sales leadership, Product, Engineering, and Delivery to ensure what we propose is technically sound, competitively strong, and ready to ship
Requirements
5+ years in defense, aerospace, simulation, mission systems, or geo-intelligence in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Field Engineer, Solution Architect, Systems Engineer)
Track record of leading technical discovery and customer evaluations that result in real deployment decisions (not just demos)
Proven ability to shape architectures and technical scope under real constraints: integration, performance, deployment environment, and customer timelines
Hands-on technical capability: able to write code/scripts (Python, C++, or similar) and work comfortably in Windows + Linux environments
