Provide leadership for division financial performance, ensuring achievement of approved fiscal plans (revenue, EBIT, cash flow, on time delivery, margin, inventory turns)
Own division risk management, including financial, legal, safety, employee, operational, and business continuity risks
Ensure 100% governance and compliance with: ATS corporate policies
Serve as a trusted advisor and accountability partner to the Executive Leadership Team
Lead and develop finance team members through documented development plans, coaching, and succession planning
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation preferred
Minimum 7 + years of progressive experience in manufacturing, cost accounting, and financial leadership
Experience in project‑based accounting (Percentage of Completion)
Exposure to international entities , FX, consolidation, and transfer pricing
Experience in a public company and/or SOX‑controlled environment preferred
Strong ERP experience (Global Shop Solutions, OneStream, or similar preferred)
