Develop visually compelling designs for a variety of marketing materials, including static banners, social media posts, website landing pages, and blog graphics.
Create original illustrations, custom icons, promotional artwork, and themed visual assets to support campaigns, in-game promotions, and brand storytelling.
Apply knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends to create designs that effectively engage the target audience and drive brand awareness.
Create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, adhering to platform-specific guidelines and leveraging design techniques that encourage user engagement.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually compelling designs and illustrations that align with overall marketing strategies.
Contribute to the development of creative strategies and ideas for marketing campaigns, including brainstorming and presenting illustrated concepts and visual narratives.
Stay up to date with design and illustration trends, continuously iterating based on campaign performance, audience insights, and feedback.
Ensure seamless visual communication across all marketing touchpoints while maintaining a unified brand identity.
Requirements
3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
Strong illustration skills, with the ability to create original digital artwork, backgrounds, icons, and themed assets.
Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Illustrator expertise required for vector illustration work.
Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media with a focus on engagement and conversions.
Strong grasp of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to conceptualize and execute eye-catching promotional banners, illustrated game assets, and marketing visuals.
Experience working with brand guidelines while expanding creative systems through custom artwork.
Understanding of casino/gaming aesthetics, including themes and player psychology.
Ability to take creative direction and collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams.
Strong organizational skills and ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented and highly adaptable to shifting priorities, requests, and processes.
A strong portfolio showcasing both high-quality design work and original illustrations across digital platforms.
Ability to work 2–3 days per week at our office in Brickell Key, Miami.
