2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Asset Management.
Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, including update sets and application scope.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
