Customer Contract Manager

Role Overview

• Maintains ownership of and manages contract process to ensure timely delivery and execution
• Leads the negotiation and preparation of both financial and contractual terms
• Provides clear analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Collaborates closely with the Pricing and Proposals teams to finalize budgets
• Effectively negotiates with Customers to achieve mutually acceptable outcomes
• Drives quarterly contracting targets through active workload management
• Develops internal stakeholder relationships and works independently with Project Leads
• Updates and maintains timely records in CRM system
• Evaluates contracts for completeness and accuracy
• Proactively creates and resets priorities as the need arises

• Develops internal stakeholder relationships and works independently
• Attends meetings or calls with Project Leads and Customers as needed
• Updates and maintains timely records in CRM system and Contract Management System
• Evaluates contracts for completeness and accuracy
• Proactively raises issues before they become critical
