Provide tactical MRO&U operations support by coordinating timely solutions with functional groups (Customer Support Engineering, Support Equipment, Logistics Program Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial, etc.)
Assist in daily network escalation calls to ensure awareness and prioritization of global needs.
Prepare documentation and communicate status to internal customers, stakeholders and executive level leadership.
Represent sustainment operations in the development of “one system and process” to manage and communicate MRO&U network reporting.
Interface with and monitor the performance of 3rd party MRO Product Service Providers (PSPs).
Identify and resolve process gaps and systematic issues critical to supporting deliveries.
Develop and establish forward thinking strategies to support growth, maturity and expansion of the F135 sustainment network.
Occasional domestic travel (10-20) may be required to support business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Management with 10+ years prior relevant experience; OR advanced degree in Engineering, Operations Management or Business with 7+ years of relevant experience.
7+ years of experience in program management, operations, supply chain and/or materials.
5+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task amidst a rapidly changing environment.
Demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with cross functional teams to achieve desired results.
Experience presenting across the organization, including senior and executive leadership.
Proven ability in identifying root causes to problems, secure relevant information and identify sustainable solutions.
Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate action plans even when information is incomplete or missing.
