Serve as the primary liaison to heritage Rockwell Collins Ariba stakeholder groups.
Serve as subject matter expert for implementation of Ariba CRE procurement
Develop process for continuous improvement projects to increase system efficiency.
Promote and drive adoption of Ariba tools with subject matter expertise for new site onboarding and ongoing user training.
Maintain training documentation.
Lead root cause/corrective action efforts for break-fix issues and advanced training needs, while maintaining effective communication with impacted stakeholders.
Manage effective system changes/enhancements with the Digital Technology team, SAP Ariba, and impacted stakeholders.
Perform routine and project-related testing.
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status)
5+ years of experience with Ariba Procurement and Guided Buying
Experience with Office productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
