Attend labor & public sector conferences, trade shows and events as needed to spread awareness of Sword and build labor & public sector relationships.
Autonomously drive deals from initial discovery stages to win/close.
Work with legal teams on contract negotiations and final signatures.
Find and cultivate new labor & public public sector leads, successfully converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
Drive new business growth within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in labor unions and public sector organizations.
Develop strategic outreach plans to expand market presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
Thoroughly prepare for presentations and anticipate questions and objections.
Work with the implementation team to ensure a successful enrollment of the Sword Health’s MSK digital solutions.

5 to 10 years of labor & public sector sales relationships and experience.
Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
Expertise in healthcare, self-Insured employers, health benefits, digital MSK solutions, or disease management.
Solid public speaking skills, easily speaking in front of groups and delivering presentations with confidence and authority.
Startup or digital point solution experience is a plus.
