Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and platform capabilities across orgs using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows
Own end-to-end delivery of features and enhancements for STP
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems
Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders
Provide demos of development to end stakeholders
Design and implement robust data models, automation, and configuration
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and design reviews
Support operational excellence through on-call rotations
Document technical designs, patterns, and runbooks
Mentor IC3 and contractor developers on Salesforce engineering best practices

4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer (or equivalent Salesforce-focused engineering role)
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions in at least one of: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud
Strong experience building and operating integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST APIs
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and design patterns
Experience working in a product-aligned engineering team
Familiarity with modern engineering practices: version control (Git/GitHub), code review, CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working effectively with a geographically distributed team
