Role Overview
Play a pivotal role in shaping a diverse, high‑caliber cohort of future business leaders
Lead candidates through the full admissions lifecycle—from initial outreach through matriculation
Develop and refine recruitment strategies
Build meaningful connections with prospective students
Evaluate applicants with professionalism and sound judgment
Participate in recruitment functions and maintain contact with prospective students and recruiting contacts
Coordinate admission programs for various student groups
Review applications for admission, provide comments, and assign admissions ratings
Recommend which applicants to accept, refer, reject, or put on the waiting list
Conduct information sessions and tours for visiting students and parents
Answer questions concerning admission, housing, financial aid, academic departments, and the university
Execute and continuously refine outreach strategies
Leverage CRM (Slate) to track engagement and generate actionable insights
Drive admitted-student conversion through personalized engagement
Plan, execute, and assess yield initiatives including admit events and digital engagement
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align messaging and enrollment goals
Support cultivating a balanced, globally representative MBA cohort
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and three years of college admission or recruiting experience in a university or business environment or related experience
A valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record
Effective public speaking skills
Experience in MBA or graduate business admissions within higher education (preferred)
Proficiency in Slate or comparable CRM/and admissions systems (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to influence high-achieving professionals (preferred)
Demonstrated success in customer engagement or relationship management (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred)
Public speaking experience and professional presence (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)
Second language proficiency (preferred)
MBA or Master’s in Higher Education Administration or related field (preferred)
