Lead and mentor the technical writing team while overseeing project scheduling and management to ensure the timely delivery of all documentation initiatives
Requirements
U.S. citizen with 3+ years of technical writing experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field (certifications included)
Demonstrated leadership through mentoring and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and project outcomes without formal authority
Technical expertise in REST API documentation, with deep hands-on proficiency in OpenAPI Specification (Swagger) and JSON
Advanced workflow management using JIRA and Confluence to track, manage, and deliver documentation projects
Strategic, audience-centric approach to content, ensuring all documentation is written in direct context with the target user's specific needs and technical level
