Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process (from intake meeting to offer acceptance and onboarding handoff).
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role profiles, and sourcing strategies.
Source candidates across international markets using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles.
Run thoughtful interview processes that respect candidates’ time and reflect our values.
Drive offer negotiations and support closing candidates.
Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to inform strategy and improvements & keep pipelines organized and up to date in our ATS.
Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a standout candidate experience.
Requirements
Strong end-to-end recruiting experience — you’re comfortable owning roles from first outreach to signed offer.
Experience hiring tech talent internationally.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Strong sourcing capability — you know how to find and engage high-caliber talent in competitive markets.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through with both hiring managers and candidates.
Experience recruiting for Web3, infrastructure, developer tools, DevOps, or startup environments (Nice to Have).
Actively uses AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and recruitment workflows (Nice to Have).
Curiosity and interest in participating in broader HR projects (Learning & Development, Process optimization, Onboarding improvements, HR automation, etc.) (Nice to Have).
Strong learning mindset and proven enthusiasm for Web3.
