design, produce, and manage compelling multimedia content, including photography and videography
collaborate with team members to create multimedia content that aligns with Duke Divinity School priorities
manage photography and video assets for the Office of Communications
help design appropriate multimedia content for strategic communications objectives

bachelor's degree in Journalism, English or a related discipline
2 years of directly related writing experience OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience
demonstrated experience and skills in photography/videography
excellent organizational and project management skills
understanding how multimedia serves a content strategy
thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro
thorough knowledge of video file formats, encoding best practices for social media, YouTube, etc.
