Serve as the technical lead for our most important strategic partnerships, from early discovery and feasibility through launch and iteration
Work directly with engineering and product teams to design practical, scalable integration approaches
Scope technical requirements, define success criteria, and drive execution across internal and external teams
Participate in early-stage partnership conversations, helping shape what’s possible together before commitments are made
Translate the business goals of two or more companies into concrete technical plans and clearly communicate tradeoffs, risks, and constraints
Collaborate with Partnerships, Product, Legal, Sales, and Marketing to bring complex deals to life
Collaborate with business and technical teams to showcase the value of joint solutions and suggest architectural patterns to initiate their implementation and development.
Develop demos, proofs-of-concept, and reference implementations that unlock new partnership opportunities
Improve internal tooling and processes that help us scale how we manage and support integrations
Identify patterns across partnerships that should inform core product direction
Build trusted relationships with partner engineering and product leaders
Represent Replit in technical workshops, joint events, and executive discussions when appropriate
Act as the escalation point for complex or high-stakes technical challenges
Requirements
5-8+ years of software engineering, dev relations, sales engineering, or partner engineering experience
Comfortable being the voice of the strategic partner to internal teams to build conviction behind a idea
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
Knowledge of Vibe Coding tools and traditional developer tools
Experience with common integrations and APIs
Business / customer facing roles with a rich technical background
Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT)
Background in SaaS platforms or B2B integrations
Extensive portfolio or experience building applications with Replit
Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and modern integration patterns
