Create, develop and execute marketing content for agent and client facing collateral, develop and execute digital marketing content for financial products on farmers.com and agent websites.
Work with creative vendors and enterprise marketing to develop the image and voice of Farmers Financial Solutions.
Help to grow the relationship with Farmers Financial Solutions and its agents, increase customer life time value, and drive engagement.
Responsible for educating agents and employees about new sales or digital tools available to agents and consumers.
Manage high impact projects, including strategy, identification of tasks, dependencies, deadlines and costs, as well as on time execution.
Collaborate across the enterprise to drive business objectives and lead high performing cross-functional teams.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 or 65/66, and 26 required within 90 days of hire.
Three years marketing/project management experience in financial services.
Expertise in MS Office, Salesforce, Otimizely, Articulate, Nitro, and other systems as added.
