Requirements
Active Life Insurance License: Must hold a valid state-issued Life Insurance license
Sales & Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to connect with clients, explain complex products in an understandable way, and close sales effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Self-Motivation & Goal-Oriented Mindset: Ability to work independently, set and achieve sales targets, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of sales and ability to generate revenue.
