Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options.
Assist with plan enrollment and transitions.
Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations.
Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines.
Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.
Requirements
Holds valid health insurance license.
Can provide proof of release or intent to release if previously or currently appointed elsewhere.
Current plan year AHIP certification.
Understanding of sales and ability to generate revenue.
Capability to contract and become RTS (ready-to-sell) with multiple insurance carriers (3 main MAPD carriers or 2 main MAPD carriers and one approved secondary carrier.)
Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment with expectations around sales performance, and call compliance.
Ability to work in compliance with CMS Federal regulations.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
