Work autonomously and collaboratively with Product, Design, ML, Security, Infrastructure and other engineering teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of software development experience.
2+ years of experience shipping user-facing products—you care about building things that are genuinely useful, not just visually polished.
Strong system design and software architecture skills—you can own end-to-end technical decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude) and a strong willingness to integrate them into daily workflows.
Experience with TypeScript, React, Chart.js, Java 21, Spring Boot, Postgres, or any equivalent modern technologies.
You have worked in startup environments and shipped products from 0 to 1.
You are passionate about great user experiences and data visualization.
Pragmatic mindset—you prioritize speed and business impact over unnecessary technical complexity.
Prior experience in working with AI and/or in healthcare.
