Responsible for customer relationship management and service for medical imaging equipment
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
Collaborate with regional team to improve processes and share best practices
Diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network-related system issues
Perform preventative maintenance and corrective service within required timeframes
Complete all administrative and compliance tasks accurately
Extensive travel (approximately 90%) within assigned territory to support customer sites

1+ years of diagnostic imaging service experience (field or hospital-based) or 3+ years in electromechanical service environment
Experience supporting diagnostic X-Ray, Cath Labs, or Image-Guided therapy equipment is preferred
Strong technical aptitude with electronic, mechanical, and networking principles
Ability to apply complex system knowledge to install, troubleshoot, and repair
Comfortable using diagnostic tools and test equipment
Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
Practical problem-solving skills in regulated service environments
Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements
