Role Overview
- Provide customer relationship management through technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment
- Adhere to customer entitlements, setting clear expectations, and meeting commitments
- Participate as a member of the regional work team to improve processes and identify training gaps
- Perform all administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, and expense reports
- Utilize tools, support, resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer problems in a timely manner
- Complete preventive maintenance, field change orders, installation, and related tasks
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging service or 4+ years in electromechanical industries
- Preferred experience in MRI/CT
- Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment
- Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certifications: CBET/CRES/BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred
- Ability to safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
