Lead Eurofins into a new era of data-driven decision-making by redefining the organization’s approach to Business Intelligence, advanced analytics, and AI
Shape the long-term vision while guiding the transition from legacy systems to scalable, secure, and efficient platforms
Mentor and inspire a cross-functional team of BI engineers, data scientists, and platform specialists
Design and optimize end-to-end pipelines to elevate structured data modeling and enterprise reporting
Operationalize AI and machine learning models through Azure AI Foundry, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
Define the e-commerce EDI and transactional integration strategy for Eurofins IT applications

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related discipline
Over five years of experience across BI, data engineering, or data science
Proven leadership responsibilities
Deep knowledge of both legacy BI environments and modern AI/ML workflows
Strong experience with Azure-based data architectures
Familiarity with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and reproducibility
Experience in regulated industries such as pharma or healthcare is a plus
Understanding of data privacy, access control, and compliance
