Provide program leadership for Lean Energy and all related sustainability programs across NA operations.
Provide leadership and direction to key elements of the manufacturing strategy as necessary.
Manage team member performance and career development.
Identify, analyze and recommend manufacturing footprint improvements that reduce variability and improve predictability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, technical, or business field of study
10+ years of staff and plant operational or technical experience including 1+ years in Manufacturing leadership roles (Product System Leader/ Asset Leader/ Engineering Technical Leader)
Demonstrated capability in building talent, critical thinking, multi-functional collaboration, influence, financial acumen including P&L proficiency, think customer/consumer, general manager mindset.
