About this role
Role Overview
When it comes to service-relevant data in SAP, you are our go-to person: analyze, maintain and optimize.
You keep our service master data (e.g., device, material and contract data, as well as prices and tax tables) in SAP S/4 & Microsoft CRM up to date — ensuring smooth global operations.
Support tickets from local subsidiaries? You identify the root cause (e.g., interface errors) and resolve them through smart data adjustments.
Within the agile product team you participate in international co-creation sessions, initiate mass data updates, and handle data analysis.
During rollouts you work closely with local key users: What data do we need? How do we migrate it? You have the plan.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a commercial field (e.g., industrial clerk, IT clerk) or equivalent
Relevant professional experience in processing and maintaining data and large datasets, ideally with international exposure
Excellent SAP knowledge (SAP CS or equivalent)
You master Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.)
Nice-to-have: initial exposure to Power BI — or willingness to learn it with us
Fluent English (spoken and written) for international collaboration
You enjoy working independently and in a structured way, can explain data structures so everyone gets on board, and feel at home in international, cross-functional teams.
Your English is solid — whether in Teams calls or quick email exchanges.
