Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Lead workshops with product owners, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to capture functional and non‑functional requirements.
Integration Analysis: Analyse upstream and downstream system interactions, data flows, and event triggers to ensure coherent end‑to‑end integration design.
Non‑Functional Requirements (NFR) Definition: Define and shape NFRs across domains such as: Performance & Throughput, Scalability & Capacity, Security & Compliance.
Documentation & Modelling: Create high‑quality artefacts including process flows, system interaction diagrams, DFDs, NFR catalogues and traceability matrices.

Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within Banking or Financial Services ideally mortgages
Strong understanding of mortgage lifecycle processes including originations servicing redemptions and arrears
Demonstrated experience in Legal Title work and managing regulated customer communications
Ability to create detailed functional requirements process flows and user stories
Strong SQL data analysis and data mapping skills
Experience with document generation platforms and template specification
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies such as SAFe
