Role Overview
- 1:1 care for our medically complex clients in our facilities or in their own homes
- Support clients in participating in social activities and in school/work life
- Perform treatment-related nursing tasks and activating basic care in accordance with our nursing and expert standards
- Create and update care plans to ensure needs-based and optimal care for our clients
- Ensure quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed nursing qualification (registered/general nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent)
- Completed basic course in intensive care/ventilation
- People-focused
- Enjoy working responsibly and independently
- Teamwork and empathy are your strengths
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Valid driving license (Class B)
