Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to support project recommendations and solutions, inform strategic decisions, and develop actionable insights. This may include data collection, market research and analysis, benchmarking, and economic modeling
Applying problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions that align with client goals
Preparing detailed, high-quality reports, presentations, and other documentation for client deliverables to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and senior team members
Effectively and regularly engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate solutions, fostering strong relationships
Working collaboratively with team members, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive team environment that encourages growth and innovation
Pursuing ongoing professional development, including attending training sessions, obtaining relevant certifications, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
Assisting in project management tasks, such as scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Minimum of 1+ (ONE) years of work experience
Demonstrated curiosity about the energy industry and a desire to make a tangible impact through consulting work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to produce high-impact work products, reports, and other deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, prioritize and plan work activities while meeting respective deadlines
Ability to travel
Ability to work onsite in a core Guidehouse Office or Client Office location
