Designing innovative pricing and access paths—including National Reimbursement Drug List (NRDL) negotiations
Leading HTA strategies and economic modeling
Proactively identifying and addressing access barriers within the healthcare system
Acting as the primary liaison with the NHC, NHSA, and other ministries
Coaching and empowering a high-performance, agile organization
Representing the China market within the global access community

Master’s degree or above in Economics, Science, Life Sciences, Public Health, or Public Policy
15+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Extensive experience leading large, diverse, or cross-regional teams
Deep background in market access, pricing strategy, or health economics; experience leading complex NRDL negotiations is highly preferred
Ability to project the industry landscape 3–5 years into the future
Exceptional skills in persuading high-level stakeholders using data, logic, and a shared vision for innovation
Willingness to travel frequently (more than 50% of the time)
