Create, review and maintain plain‑English, workflow‑driven M&A content
Use AI‑assisted drafting and research tools to improve speed, consistency and usability of legal content
Work closely with technology, product and editorial teams to embed legal expertise into AI‑enabled legal solutions
Ensure content reflects real‑world legal practice, market developments and emerging deal trends
Provide support to help build brand awareness and influence market share across clients and stakeholders

5+ years PQE (minimum)
Experience in an Australian mid to top tier law firm or in-house counsel role
A practice background in mergers and acquisitions law matters
Excellent communication and plain-English writing skills
Aptitude for building and fostering relationships with a range of diverse clients and local and international stakeholders
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
Interest in, or exposure to, AI‑assisted legal research, drafting or content tools (desirable)
