Forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning (profit & loss, EACs, and cash flow)
Coordinating preparing and analysing various financial reports and data prior to submission
Assist in preparation and coordination of the MAPPS consolidated Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Development / Review of time phased budgets following contract award
Tracking, monitoring and analyzing cost performance on programs
Ongoing reporting of Programs cost and schedule variances in accordance with company policy
Estimate to complete / estimate at complete preparation and review, analysis and monitoring
Maintenance and reporting of timely performance data to division management team
Generating and coordinating monthly earned value metrics or assigned programs
Providing financial analysis for audits and other financial activities

Bachelor's degree in commerce or similar
5+ years of experience in program management or finance
Strong knowledge in Microsoft office software
Strong analytical skills
Highly organized and ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of Deltek Cobra and Microsoft project an asset
Detailed oriented with strong finance and/or program management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance
