Responsibility for the end-to-end functional solution architecture within the HUB
Translating business requirements into clear architectural concepts and functional designs
Trusted advisory role to business stakeholders and explaining architectural principles and solutions in business terms
Defining and communicating the architectural strategy and direction for the HUB
Establishing and maintaining architectural guidelines and design principles
Documenting and formalizing key decisions through Architecture Decision Records (ADR)
Ensuring solutions remain within defined architectural boundaries and comply with enterprise standards
Close collaboration with business stakeholders to refine and clarify requirements
Working with process designers, solution designers, cluster architects, and implementation teams
Promoting consistency, sustainability, and long-term value of the architecture

Strong experience in solution architecture or domain architecture within complex IT or telecommunications environments
Proven ability to connect business requirements with functional IT architecture
Solid understanding of OSS/BSS environments, RAN domains, orchestration, or system integration (advantageous)
Experience with modular architectures, API-based integration, and modern architectural approaches (from a conceptual and governance perspective)
Experience in transformation initiatives (modernization, decoupling, platform development)
Experience in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) within large organizations
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts clearly and in a structured way to non-technical audiences
Confidence in architectural decision-making and accountability for those decisions
