About this role
Role Overview
- Contribute hands-on to defining product vision, success criteria, and long-term roadmap aligned with Generation’s digital ecosystem strategy.
- Shape product direction in close partnership with Engineering and Design Leads, ensuring scalable and future-ready solutions.
- Lead structured product discovery, including research, prototyping, and validation with users and technical teams.
- Own backlog management, writing high-quality Agile user stories and ensuring clear acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with Operations to plan and execute product rollouts, testing, and training initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze product usage and behavioral data (Heap, Mixpanel, Clarity) to generate actionable insights.
- Oversee quality assurance standards and release readiness.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-dependency digital products within a scalable ecosystem.
- Experience working with multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
- High analytical capability, with experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Heap, Mixpanel, Clarity) to drive data-informed decisions.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English, including the ability to communicate complex product concepts in both languages.
