Support Product Management strategic initiatives to grow categories and achieve company sales and profit objectives
Advocate for the voice of the customer and help guide internal teams through all changes and iterations of the product data with a high focus on creating the best possible experience for our customers
Look for process improvements to help make changes across the organization while looking to improve our overall customer experience
Execute projects by working with Product Managers, IT developers, Digital Merchandising, Warehouse Operations, Purchasing and other stakeholders
Assist Product Managers with all elements of supplier relationships
Initiate line reviews and utilize cross functional resources to enhance content to meet product standards, identify pattern and trends and proactively present solutions to Product Managers
Create, update, and maintain documentation around processes and procedures
Provide ongoing support to sales for large bid opportunities and solutions
Continually monitor the financial performance of the assigned product lines to ensure there is constant feedback into the success of the product line strategy and execution.
Assist with internal data collection and analysis to support department projects
Requirements
2 or 4 year degree preferred

2 years of work experience
Motivated individual with strong analytical and business skills
Proven and demonstrated project management and execution skills with the ability to overcome barriers and solve problems
Resourceful, eager to learn, keen attention to details and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to work with various departments
Proficient computer skills especially in MS Excel & data manipulation
Ability to work within a team and articulate execution plans and allocate resources for tasks
Knowledge on PowerBI, other analytical tools, lean process improvement a plus
