Conducting regular analysis to understand the impact of category/brand decisions in performance
Implementing regional/local initiatives to drive growth
Ensuring that all brand and store KPIs are met on time.
Analyzing sales performance and advising clients on sustainable ecommerce growth
Driving sales through stock availability, pricing competitiveness, innovative promotional schemes, effective merchandising and targeted assortment growth.
Maintaining close relationships with brands and ecommerce platforms.
Interacting daily with partners to ensure timely and effective implementation of strategy.
Coaching and developing team members.
Developing cross-functional strategy to grow sellers' business and ensure smooth operations; managing pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key products offered by the sellers.
Requirements
University degree
Proficient in English
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce
Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
