About this role
Role Overview
Independently handle and resolve learner inquiries through various communication channels in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information to ensure learners’ needs are fully understood, and their issues are effectively resolved
Liaise with cross-functional partners and the global support community to address complex learner feedback
Observe user trends and share insights to support continuous product and process improvements
Maintain service excellence in line with established quality and efficiency benchmarks (SLAs).
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Success or Support roles
Native-level proficiency in Turkish with excellent grammar and writing skills
Intermediate level proficiency in spoken and written English (essential for global team coordination)
Strong self-motivation and the ability to operate independently with high accountability
A university degree and a strong interest in the EdTech/Language learning industry.
