About this role
Role Overview
- Monitor applications, servers, dashboards, APIs, and business transactions in real-time.
- Provide L1/L2 production support for web and mobile applications.
- Handle and manage Sev 1 / Sev 2 / Sev 3 incidents with timely resolution.
- Perform incident triaging, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, Database, and Network teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor system alerts using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana, etc.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and defined KPIs.
- Prepare incident reports, RCA documents, and daily status reports.
- Support deployment validation and production release activities.
- Work in rotational shifts (24/7 support environment, if required).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Application Support / Production Support / DCC Operations.
- Experience supporting web and mobile-based applications.
- Hands-on experience in incident monitoring and management.
