Tabush Group is a U.S.-based Managed Services Provider (MSP) dedicated to helping businesses stay secure, productive, and connected. The Senior Systems & Network Engineer will handle advanced troubleshooting across servers, networking, virtualization, cloud, and security systems, serving as a senior escalation point and independently resolving complex issues.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex support tickets
- Troubleshoot advanced issues across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and virtualization
- Resolve firewall, VLAN, VPN, routing, and switching issues in multi-site environments
- Perform proactive server maintenance and infrastructure health checks
- Monitor and respond to RMM alerts
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues
- Automate repetitive tasks using DattoRMM, PowerShell, and other scripting tools
- Maintain clean and detailed ticket documentation
- Communicate directly with clients to troubleshoot issues and explain technical solutions clearly
Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in an MSP or IT support environment
- Proven experience operating as a senior or Tier 3 support engineer
- Deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure
- Strong networking experience (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching)
- Strong background in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery platforms (Datto, Veeam, etc.)
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Experience working within an RMM platform (Datto RMM preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and ability to resolve issues independently without hand-holding
- Strong understanding of security best practices
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Reliable internet connection
- Direct experience with Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, and ITGlue
- Experience with Huntress, SentinelOne, or other EDR/MDR platforms
- Experience with SonicWall firewalls
- Experience with HP switching, Meraki, or UniFi
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 security policies, Conditional Access, and Entra ID
- Experience with VMware Horizon or virtual desktop environments
- ITIL familiarity
