About this role
Role Overview
Provide reception, scheduling, referral processing and accurate data entry for Allied Health services
Coordinate clinics, appointments and daily workflows across multiple Allied Health disciplines
Respond professionally to patient and clinician enquiries while maintaining confidentiality
Support team operations including rostering support, backfill coverage and quality improvement activities
Requirements
Experience in health administration with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and confidence using information systems
A professional, friendly “can-do” approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and work effectively in a fast-paced team
