Support the effective delivery and continuous improvement of cyber security services such as vulnerability management and attack surface management ensuring services align with agreed standards and operational priorities.
Provide technical coordination and oversight for assigned service areas, including triaging service requests, contributing to uplift initiatives, and supporting implementation of enhancements in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across government to support delivery outcomes, maintain strong relationships, and ensure service feedback and user needs are captured and addressed in line with divisional goals.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in delivering and supporting cyber security services such as vulnerability management, SOAR, or threat monitoring in a complex environment.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across government and vendor organisations.
The ability to successfully acquire and maintain a NV1 level security clearance in Australia (requires Australian citizenship).
