Sales Promoter

Role Overview

• Maximize sales with our retail partners through in-store activations of our products, promotions and displays.
• Achieve field KPIs and annual objectives.
• Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed schedule.
• Monitor shelf space and product assortment.
• Set up campaign displays and identify optimal product placement within stores.
• Complete required administrative tasks.
• Optimize use of point-of-sale materials.
• Ensure we are the customer's preferred supplier.
• Create product visibility in stores.

Requirements

• Previous merchandising experience (preferred).
• Confident with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Computer literate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
