Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support forecasting and planning processes
Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and trend identification
Conduct thorough investigations into financial discrepancies, providing clear explanations and supporting documentation to ensure data accuracy
Generate KPI reports that highlight key performance indicators and relate those indicators to the business operations
Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks or opportunities
Develop insightful presentations and reports that clearly communicate financial findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with business partners to understand operational drivers and translate them into financial impacts
Provide recommendations that are data driven to improve cost efficiency, and increase ROI
Provide financial support to the ITDS team, assisting with budget management, cost control, and financial inquiries
Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements within the FP&A function
Assist in the development and maintenance of financial tools and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Assist in the preparation of investment analysis, and ROI calculations
Collaborate with key stakeholders in IT, Operations, Commercial, Accounting, and HR to gather and analyze financial data

4+ years of progressive FP&A experience
Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data manipulation
Familiarity with financial reporting systems and ERP systems
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
Experience with SAP (S/4 Hana), Google Suite, AI tools and SAC is a plus.
