Role Overview
- Conduct desk research and monitor real estate markets
- Attend specialized conferences and report key takeaways
- Prepare market studies on various types of real estate assets in France and selected European markets
- Enhance and contribute to strategic documents produced by the Research team
- Help update market presentation materials
- Occasionally present real estate market insights to our clients
Requirements
- You are pursuing a Master's-level degree (Bac+4/5) at a business school, engineering school, or university
- Prior experience in real estate is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigorous, organized, and possess strong writing skills
